Observe, Apply and Smile: Benefits of Learning from Others

While I am doing my morning reading, I came across this amazing young kid who is JUST 16 years, owns a business and the way he thinks is way over his years.  I was so amaze to know that that is possible.  Honestly, I became envy of him to know that at very young age, his mind set is to live his dream.  And he is actually living the dream as I write this essay.

Over the course of period, I found myself not learning from anyone and this kid opened my eyes that learning is really a never ending journey and not only that, that learning can be acquired from others.   This made me think how connected we really are to each other.  We just need to open our eyes, ears and for a moment let the brain absorb the information.

3 Tips to Stay Happy

How to have a happy life will depend on how we spend our time.  Whether we want to have a fast paced life and suddenly we overlook things in front of us or enjoy every moment with your love ones.  For me, I like to think that I have both.  This blog will serve as guide for me and hopefully for everyone about how to be happy and stay happy.

Part 2 of Goal Setting: How Small Goals Can Change Your Life

During my free time, I think of big goals in life like having a big house for my family, a new car that we can use to do errands, a long holiday to a different country, a stable financial situation when I retire and so on.  But I won’t reach those goals if I will just wait and do nothing to improve my life.  I started reading blogs to get insights and eventually found a really inspiring blog.  http://zenhabits.net/ by Leo Babauta has a cool interface, it easy to read because the layout is simple and there is a lot about achieving mini goals.  I have no affiliation with the website or the owner; I just want to share the great things that I found that may create meaningful life for everyone.

Getting Grips: How to Believe That it Will Turn Up

A couple of weeks ago, I suffered a massive lost of confidence about turning this blog around.  I lost the ability to believe that I can help people to develop their inner energy to be productive or to at least feel good about themselves.  The mission of this blog is really to help others by me doing research, share my experiences and organize the idea in a way that it will be easy to follow or to understand.

It stared after I got excited while I am learning to listen to a specific Pod Cast.  Well, I am not really blaming the awesome Pod Cast.  It was may be myself excitement that drew me to that specific energy that I can do a specific task far over my head then I lost the grip.  So for a couple of weeks I became sloppy, my health was a bit worst and my overall performance with whatever I do, think, feel etc. is really at a very low efficiency.

Part 1 of Goal Setting: Wall of Dreams

Nothing gets done when we just sit around, complain about life, blame others and so on.  We want to be somebody but we are not doing anything about it.  So it is time to set proper goals.

Goals can be set easily by just staring blankly and let your mind take you to where you want to be.  Just like dreaming.  I remember when I was around 15 years old, my eldest sister started talking about what thesis is all about.  She said that it was a requirement for her to graduate.

Making Time for What Makes You Happy

Over the course of periods of time, we tend to lose what really makes us happy.  It is because we try to live a life as normal as possible.  We tend to just stick what is normal and forget about those things that we really enjoyed doing.

Back when I was in college, what I really enjoyed was listening to music.  It got to the point that I collected CD's (there were MP3's back then but internet was really slow), and CD's are really cool when you see them lined up in your shelves.

Evaluating Your Core Beliefs

One of the things that can change your life is to evaluate your core beliefs.  These will determine the result of your actions and success.  It can define the purpose of your life.

I remember when I was so down with problems; I always tend to say negative things about myself and what is around me.  My take is that whatever happens to anyone, the initial reaction is to blame the external forces.
